Service-Based Nature of Our Business
Our services involve the allocation of professional expertise, time, research, strategy development, and consulting resources. As a result, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
Consultation Services
Fees paid for completed consultations, strategy sessions, assessments, or advisory services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
If a consultation is canceled by the client at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the client may request to reschedule the session at no additional charge.
Project-Based Services
For consulting, marketing, business planning, funding assistance, or other project-based engagements:
- Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
- If a project is terminated before completion, any refund will be determined based on the portion of work not yet performed.
- Customized deliverables, reports, strategies, and business plans are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Monthly or Ongoing Services
For recurring consulting, advisory, or marketing services:
- Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing where applicable.
No Guarantee of Results
Holmes Family Enterprise provides professional guidance and strategic support; however, business outcomes, funding approvals, revenue growth, lead generation, and marketing performance cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from unique circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
